1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who uses betterconsultoria.com, in its Portuguese, English and Spanish versions, including the booking pages, the social media link pages and the team's digital cards. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is run by Better Soluções e Consultoria de Negócios LTDA ("Better"), Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 48.193.784/0001-48, headquartered at Av. Paulista, 1.106, 16th floor, Edifício Elijass Gliks-Manis, Bela Vista, São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
2. What the site is for
The site presents Better and its solutions (SMD, Webbie Recruiter and the Katrina family), publishes articles and job openings, and lets you contact the team, book a conversation or ask for the company video. Using the site is free and needs no account.
The site is not one of Better's platforms. Access to SMD, Webbie Recruiter or a Katrina solution requires a separate purchase, with its own contract and terms.
3. Information about the solutions
The descriptions, features, timelines and examples shown on the site are for information only and may change without notice. They are not a commercial offer and do not guarantee any specific result. What applies to each client is what is written in their proposal and contract.
The quick diagnosis on the Start page and Katrina's suggestions on the Schedule page are automatic, based on your answers. They help guide the first conversation and do not replace the team's assessment.
4. How to use the site
When using the site, you agree to:
- give true information in the forms and when booking, without using someone else's name or email;
- not send spam, offensive messages, viruses or any illegal content;
- not try to break into, overload or get around the site's protections, or collect data from it automatically (with bots or scraping) without permission;
- not use the team contacts published on the site for mass mailing or for purposes unrelated to Better.
Better may block submissions, cancel bookings and restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.
5. Bookings and contacts
The conversation booked on the Schedule page is free and is meant to learn about your case. Times depend on the team's calendar, and Better may reschedule or cancel the meeting, letting you know at the email you gave. You can also cancel or reschedule through the link in the invitation.
We answer contact form messages on business days. Sending a message or booking a conversation creates no obligation to buy, for you or for Better.
6. Intellectual property
The names Better, SMD, Webbie Recruiter and Katrina, the logos, images, videos, texts and code of the site belong to Better or are used with permission from their owners. Client and partner logos belong to the respective companies.
You may read the content, share links and quote short excerpts with credit. Copying, changing, selling or using this material commercially requires Better's written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The site has links and content from other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Cal.com and Webbie Recruiter's job site. These services have their own terms and policies, and Better is not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Availability and liability
Better works to keep the site online and accurate, but it may be down for maintenance or because of failures, and some content may be out of date. The articles are for information only and do not replace advice on your specific case.
To the extent the law allows, Better is not liable for losses caused by decisions based only on the site's content, by connection or device failures on the visitor's side, or by third-party services. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you, including those under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, where it applies.

How we handle the personal data you give on the site is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, are chosen to settle any matter about them, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own place of residence.
